The small hut is located at an altitude of 1000 meters, where clouds are born over the village of Dzembonia in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Freedom and happiness - these are the feelings that our guests are filled with and share with their families when they return home. The hut is designed for comfortable accommodation of two or four close people.

How to reach us
We are located in the village of Dzembonya (Ivano-Frankivsk region) on the top of a mountain.
It takes 12 hours to get to the foot of the mountain by car from Kyiv, 16 hours from Odesa, and 5 hours from Lviv. The mountain can only be reached by an all-wheel drive SUV with a ground clearance of at least 20 cm; in winter, metal chains on the wheels are an additional functional accessory.
For greater comfort, you can order a transfer (paid additionally along the agreed route).
By train:
Vorokhta station, then an hour and a half by taxi
By plane:
the most optimal route will be made after the victory

About the location:
The hut, which has 18 square meters of space, has all the necessary functionality for the required comfortable minimum: a bunk bed (sleeps 4 people), a wardrobe, a kitchen with a bar, a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for cooking in and outside the hut, a shower with hot water, a toilet, a spacious terrace with the necessary furniture.
Not far from the hut there is a traditional Carpathian species swing, a platform for meditation and other types of recreation, and a special place is occupied by the ofuro.
Ofuro is a hot Japanese bath filled with crystal clear mountain water heated by firewood. It is a perfect way to relax in nature.
In summer, it's incredible here... you can sunbathe, enjoy the starry sky, which is much closer than it seems. Incredible pictures without city lights.
In winter, living in a hut is a harsh test that takes place among the pristine mountain forest beauty. This is an exotic romance that can be diluted with a dip in the ofuro.
An ideal place to reboot at any time of the year.
About the place and its spirit
Off-road, the laws of nature and weather rule in Deam Hata. The weather can change every 30 minutes: from bright sunshine to snow and rain.
The time you spend here is the time you spent on the edge of the world, but safely and comfortably, in absolute happiness. This is a place of power, a place for perfect solitude and filling, rebooting...
The hut is located on the southern slope of the mountain, which is usually warmer than the rest of the world. It is from here, from our terrace, that you can enjoy five-star views of Pip Ivan, Hoverla and the ranges of the Chornohora Mountains. You can see snow-capped peaks where snow remains until mid-June and falls again in August or September.
Yes, the conditions for obtaining water, light, and a way to get there are quite harsh, but after you feel like the master of the mountain - after these emotions, you will be ready to come back more than once (even after 16 hours of driving).
This is a special place where freedom, strength and happiness at the end of the world prevail over ordinary everyday nuances and life situations.
Ofuro

Ofuro is a Japanese warm bath, round in shape like a hot tub for 1-4 people, forest water is heated to a comfortable temperature by a built-in stove, heated by wood. It will add romance and warmth to the evening with a view of the mountains and stars. We recommend adding aromatic oils. The perfect retreat in the mountains in a vat. Additional bath towels, bathrobes, rubber reusable slippers are provided upon ordering.
TreeHouse Lodge
About the house:
The idea behind the house was that our visitors would have a rest in the forest on their own, where they would have a good chance to see wild animals and hear birds singing, which has a positive effect on the nervous system.
The house has a total area of 50 square meters, is raised to a height of 2.5 meters and is fixed on two trees.
The building consists of two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen-studio with all the necessary facilities for cooking, a sitting area with a fireplace, a shower with a panoramic window to the forest.
On the second floor: two separate bedrooms. There is a terrace for the perfect breakfast and a bbq area right on the tree, which is connected to the house by a suspension bridge.
The house has underfloor heating, air conditioning, security, video surveillance and WiFi.
Around the house:
Around the house you can pick porcini mushrooms, berries and enjoy nature in complete comfort. It is an ideal place to be alone with your loved ones, to celebrate the most intimate things with your closest ones. Our guests often book the house as a surprise and a gift for a birthday or an important personal date - to realize a childhood (or maybe not) dream: to live in a tree house.

It will add romance and a warm mood to the evening with a view of the forest and stars. We recommend adding aromatic oils. Our ofuro also supports the general concept of a tree and is fixed on a 2 m high platform between the trees.
